Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on your purchase. To be eligible for a refund / store credit on your item, a return claim must be filed within seven (7) days from the delivery date. To start a claim, please email customer service (cs@theglasssociety.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the issue as well as your order number. Once your claim has been approved, you will receive an authorized return number along with instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without an authorized return number. We only accepts returns on un-used products and are unable to accept exchanges or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used. Items must be received in the same condition that you received it in. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure that it does not break on the way back to us. We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you chose not to purchase insurance and your shipment is damaged, we can not offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved for re-stocking, your refund or exchange will be issued. If you want to exchange an item that was not damaged, you will be responsible for all new shipping charges. If the exchange was because an item was broken upon arrival, we will reimburse you for return shipping with the maximum amount reimbursed being the amount that you paid for shipping on your order with us.

 

 Once you have been issued an authorized return number, please properly pack and mail your product to: 1041 SE 17th street #210 Fort Lauderdale Florida US 33316. For your protection, please make sure that you have a tracking number on your return.
